I only hand wash the delicates. Or the ones that specify to hand wash only.

Oh yes! I forgot to mention that. I too had spent a few months washing clothes by hand here and there in the bathtub due to either not having a washing machine at all or the one I had broke down.

Lol, I don’t know how many times I wash my hands. I wash my hand every time I’m come in from outside, I wash my hands so many times indoors I wash my hands throughout the day. Because I cook before bed I have no idea on how many time’s throughout the day I wash my hands.

Yes agreed the washing machine can damage some materials, like pure silks, and other delicate materials. I’ve had some of my silk shirts damage in the washing machine so I learn to just hand wash my delicate clothes.

Yes I hand-wash some clothes that are too delicate and too expensive to put in the washing machine.

You are right David,The washing machine is not suitable some type of material.

I use a wash machine but I also hand wash also if I need to and don’t have a washing machine, bc sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do in hard times, so no shame in doing so.

Yes I once put some expensive silk shirts and soft woollen jumpers in the washing machine and they were all ruined.

So now some of my clothes I have to hand wash.

Yeah some type of material cannot be washed in a washing machine otherwise you would just ruin them

Yes I do not all my clothes go’s into the washing machine, some expensive or delicate, silk clothes, shirts, jumpers I have to wash by hand. Painfully bending my back hand washing in the bath..lol.hehe 😛😜🤪

I use the washing machine for everything. My machine has a delicate setting that’s great for delicate clothes. The only time I hand-wash is if I have a stain that needs e tra attention.

Thank you Cheryl for your answer. You are right when you travel sometimes you are forced to do hand wash if there is no provision for washing machine depending on where you go.
