One question I wish people would ask me is, “How are you really feeling?” It’s a simple question, but it often gets overlooked.

Hello Virginia, I’m feeling very ill terrible and in pain right now. I order take away but the food is making me very ill and in pain tummy bug, so I just taken something Antibiotics and some pain relief pills, I’m now in my bed praying for peace for my body!! Anyway let’s see how I get on, if anything if the pain gets any worse I will ring for the ambulance.

What question do you wish people would ask you?
I wish just for once my family would ask me how I am doing it could be years before I even talk to them and the first thing out of their mouth when they talk to me is hey do you have any money I can have or borrow. When you tell them no there like oh okay and then they don’t want nothing else to do with you after that.
