I truly do not know, I may not be that much of religious person, but I do believe in heaven and hell and purgatory. I believe if you’d done enough in your life you will go to an amazing space, but if you haven’t and have done more wrong than I do believe there are those that do go to hell. I haven’t always been the best person, I own and admit that, but I truly am trying to be a better person for my family and for everyone around me. There are times I say yeah I’m going to hell, but to be honest I really can’t say where I will go, but either way where ever I go when I pass on I will accept it.
Kimberly, your answer is amazing. Self awareness is a strong quality in a person. I don’t know your story but I have a recovery group I think you would be amazing in. Even if you aren’t in recovery I think you could help others because of your self awareness and accountability. Ill invite you, no hard feelings if you aren’t interested.
I see that a good amount of people said that whatever God thinks is best, is what will happen. But there are things that we could do to get us to heaven as well, for instance, praising God everyday, reading our Bible every day, as well as showing others what it means to be a true Christian, and of course not doing anything that could potentially land us in Hell. Of course we have no idea when our time is, we could be here one second and gone the next. As for me, I am kind to everyone, I pray almost constantly, I read my Bible pretty often, and even though I don’t physically go to church, I do watch Transformation Church on YT. In my opinion, I know exactly where I’ll be going, but I refuse to let anyone else make that decision for me.

I believe that I will meet my maker one day. I just wish I knew what is on the other side so i could be prepared. Pearly gates, fiery lake, complete darkness, or something else entirely. As long we all get our just reward.
Lets elaborate on that for a minute….you said ” As long we all get our just reward,” as a nondenominational christian I believe that God sent Jesus to die on the cross for our sins. The way I see things no one owes me anything, I was giving life and even though it can be rough sometimes Im grateful for just that. So, if there is nothing at the end , is it really that bad? Just to live a good christian life and have something to believe in is ok with me. I want different opinions on this. Great answer Andre!! You made me think more!
