Perfection is a standard to aim for but is rarely achieved.
Nevertheless by aiming for perfection we can set ourselves a goal allowing us to aim high.

Yes, depends on what your view of perfect is. Something can be perfect to me and not to another person. It all depends on individual. I believe.

For me , the ideal is probably the Creator himself, the source of everything. But if we talk about us, about people, then the ideal in its pure from does not exist. The world is structured in duality – light and darkness, beginning and end. It is this duality that makes life alive and interesting. If there were an absolute ideal, life would became static, without development. Our mistakes and imperfections are what help us grow, look for answers and become wiser. But this does not mean that we should not strive for the ideal. On the contrary, it is this desire for something higher and purer that inspires us to develop- spiritually, emotionally, personally. Thanks to this, we rise to new levels, discover new horizons and become better than were yesterday.

Jacqueline you are welcome. Thanks
No one is perfect. We all have our weakness. However we can say that something is perfect because of the way it is built or made.

No, there is no such thing as perfect. Even nature is imperfect.
I had a boss who evaluate me as a buyer in Materials Management. The scale for each statement is 1-10. He gave me so many 9’s. I inquired about 10 and he said, “Nobody gets a 10, there is always room for improvement”.

That’s a profound question that people have been asking for centuries. The idea of “perfect” is fascinating because it seems to be both a universal concept and a deeply personal one.
On one hand, many people would say that perfection doesn’t exist in the real world. Everything is flawed, whether it’s an object, a person, or a situation. There are always imperfections, and that’s what makes things unique and real. A person’s flaws can be what makes them interesting, and a crack in a ceramic pot can tell a story. This perspective suggests that striving for perfection can be a source of frustration, and that it’s more productive to embrace and appreciate imperfection.
On the other hand, people often use the word “perfect” to describe something that couldn’t be better. You might say a sunset is “perfect” because it’s a breathtaking moment that fills you with awe. Or a mathematical proof might be called “perfect” because it’s elegant and complete with no logical gaps. In these cases, “perfect” isn’t about being flawless in every single detail, but about reaching an ideal state or achieving a kind of profound harmony or completeness.
Ultimately, whether “perfect” exists depends on how you define it. If it means being without any flaw whatsoever, then it’s probably not found in our world. But if it’s about achieving an ideal, a state of profound beauty or completeness that feels just right, then maybe it can be found in small moments or abstract ideas.

Well the first thing I thought of was the all mighty Jesus. My lord and savior…
A baseball player who gives up no runs,no walks,no errors,9 innings pitched and the win
In Baseball, that is PERFECT game,so there is one thing!
This is really an interesting question. In some ways, yes, there can be a kind of perfection. For example, in mathematics, a perfect number is one that equals the sum of its proper divisors. But when we talk about things in the real world, like a “perfect” meal or a “perfect” day, it gets a lot more complicated. What one person considers perfect, another might not. Our experiences, feelings, and what we value all play a part. It’s kind of like beauty ,it’s often said to be in the eye of the beholder.
So, while perfection might exist in abstract ideas, it’s probably more accurate to say that in life, we strive for excellence and find joy in the beauty of imperfection. If everything is perfect how do we grow, learn and strive more. Only the creator of the universe,’God’ can be termed a perfect being.

Given the complexities and nuances of human experiences, it’s often more realistic to strive for excellence, growth, and self-improvement rather than an absolute notion of perfection.

No one is perfect except God. No not even one. All are bound to make mistakes. We all have shortcomings. We should all strive for perfection though.
