I will be cooking. We never cook a turkey though due to everyone prefers ham instead. But this year, I bought a small turkey plus a ham. 👩🏻🍳
We always make both. What ever we don’t eat we sick in the freezer for another day.
We will have homemade mashed potatoes & white gravy, corn casserole, green bean casserole, cold pasta salad, rolls, deviled eggs, pumpkin pie and chocolate chip cookies.
My hubby & I will be fixing it all❣

I really like the corn casserole; it’s made with Jiffy corn muffin mix.
I made sweet potato casserole once. I liked it but nobody really ate it so skipping it.
I eat with my family. We all pay a certain amount to purchase everything to prepare.

Yes, I love me some collard greens with cornbread.
mmm collard greens r yummy oh & cornbread is one of my weaknesses lol I keep a whole pan to myself and yea its all eaten by me … Do you put anything in the cornbread mix? Have you tried Pumpkin Cornbread?
Olivia yes it is a weakness for me In my cornbread mix, I just use egg (s), oil, cornmeal mix, water or milk.
We prepare our Thanksgiving at home with several of us making different dishes so that one person isn’t stuck doing it all! Delicious 😋

Our Family aways makes a wonderful Feast. From the main meal to all the great pies. (Pecan is my favorite)

I am good making cold pies, but fruit pies my mom makes. I have a hard time with the crust.

Plenty for Christmas and Easter but none for Thanksgiving

No I don’t believe in Thanksgiving, its not the same as inthe Scriptures or your Bible do your research. It a European celebration in the New World because it was called America 🇺🇸 its a bloody history of killing the original Native for their land of the New World, before it was called America. Its has nothing to do with the Almighty our Creator. Nothing to do with the Scriptures or your Bible. Do your research!
