Everyone knows Cherles Dickes. About 150 a go his been writing play stories, that they made into movies. Well you can just Google it I can’t even think of one movie. You know its a historic city people from all over the world come to see the historic city of Rochester, its a very famous historic city, especially the Americans come to see their original borth place before America was America its was the new world before the name America. So they all come to see the old ships. Also the old slave ship, but they try not to mention that, but we all know they are really old slave ships!! But yes so much history to see. You world really enjoy it.

St. Louis, from the Spanish, the Spaniard they discovered America 100 years before the English landed. The New World before its become the name America 🇺🇸 Anyway that’s a next story for a next time.

Right now, we got another snow fall the last two days. We got 5 inches and business closed, school activities and their Christmas concert got all cancelled too. It is negative 4 degrees here. Very cold ☃
We have a fireplace, and hubby works on collecting wood all year and then splits it to fit. We have it lined up in the sunroom then he has a full shed of wood. It has a good blower on it and heats the whole house. It saves us $$ on the electric bill.

Bison Meat is a little bit different texture than Deer Meat but at least bison doesn’t have that gamey taste like deer…. Fried Cabbage Rolls are awesome.

Its really beautiful in the Summer, we are completely surrounded by rivers, so no matter where you walk thee River Medway is always by your side. I basically live on the bank of the River Medway. So if you are coming to visit make sure it’s in the Summer time.

The monster who randomly stabbed my son to death had already killed 2 times before, just got out of prison, banned from Tennessee from killing a police officer. He called his mom and said he really messed up this time that he killed a white boy. The police had that message. I asked for death and was told he only killed my son and didn’t take my son’s wallet‼ The stabbing was so brutal, I couldn’t see my son in the ER.
Then, from IL VINE, I received a message that the monster was deceased in prison. We found out a biker’s club beat him into a coma and his mom in Tennessee said to pull the plug. That was just last August 2024.

Yes when I come to America I will teach you my roast duck and mixed salad recipes, and the Jamaica 🇯🇲 style rice and peas recipe. You know if you want to watch the Chicago Bears game on tv, did you know you can ask if you them the Provider if you can watch it for free ad your long-term customer or ask if the can give you a better tv package!! As a long-term customer they usually will give in to you or give you a better tv package. I don’t it all the time with Sky tv. They normally do as a long-term customer. They don’t want to loose you to someother tv company. If you don’t ask you don’t get!!! Yes, we have everything with one provider. Our TV, Wi-Fi and phones. I am not shy to ask. I am not shy to tell them to put someone on the phone that can speak better English too. That has happened few times. If I can’t understand them and having them keep repeating, it’s not helping either one of us.

The wine producer or company is “STONE” I know you can get it in America 🇺🇸 from wine stores, or wine merchan!! Your local supermarket or superstores may have it. Google search your local area for it. I’m not much of a drinker and of wine, but because it’s very sweet I use it in my baking and making my special pouch. Or a glass with my dinner, and a glass with cherry fruits cake before bed. Remember it’s really strong so drink one or two glass. Well…if you Want…drink the whole bottle..lol.hehe!! Sometimes I do if I’m working all night in my office!! Then I’m walking zig-zag to the bedroom trying to get into bed .lol.hehe.hihi.lol

Ginger wine, make very sure you get “Stone”, Ginger wine!!! Not pees Rhonda, Beans ” Red Kideny Beens” boil with rice. Jamaica 🇯🇲 style, “Rice and Pees”. But really its Red Kideny Beens!! It’s just a slag word for a manua Rice and pees. The duck is season with mixed spices and mixed herbs. Then stuffed with cooked chicken with spicy vegetables, Red pepper’s Red onions. Salad, my is Mixed Salad, Shredded Lettuce, Baby Spinach, slices of tomatoes, Baby Salad, Red Grapes Sliced, Thundering Sliced, Pineapple, chopped small pieces, Red Onions, Sliced, pinch of salt, pinch of black pepper, pour a little Garlic sauce. Mix in well all the ingredients. That is my Mixed Salad. “Enjoy” Yes Rhonda, I believe you would love my roast duck, roast potatoes rice and peas mixed Salad dinner with Ginger wine!!
