Do Americans not like to say goodbye when ending a call?

I say ttyl when ending a call … 

I say I will see you tomorrow when I end my phone calls.

I do say bye, I did not notice american if they say that parting words.

That’s only on TV real life most people say good bye and some don’t like to say good bye, but for the most part they do.

I’ve noticed that too and it kind of annoys me, because I always say “Bye” when I hang up and everyone else I know does too. I chalk it up to lazy writing and other unrealistic behaviors of movies and t.v.

I always say “bye-bye” or “bye, hope you have a great day…”

I don’t know about Americans, but I always say bye.

No, I think it probably depends on the relationship between individuals. But, I’d say 99% of the time I’m saying, bye, see you later, or I love you before clicking the hang-up button.

If the person ends the call saying goodbye so would I. I mostly day bye.

Really am yet to be averse how they end their calls with a a bye or not.
