Economic Impact Tariffs imposed by both countries have affected a wide range of industries, from agriculture to technology. U.S. farmers, for example, faced significant losses due to retaliatory tariffs from China on American agricultural products.
Hello Jean-Joyce
That is totally correct, you got that right. Now Germany And Spain and Europe is suffering the same way too, because they regret listening and following America putting high tariffs on China goods and EV’s.
Thank you Jean-Joyce for your positive response
Well don’t say I didn’t ask for your assistance,. I guess I will never have your connection and learn the “truth”.
Out of curiosity, are Chinese factory workers now on $20 an hour?
Or is it still $5.15? As in 2018, which coincidentally was probably the last time I watched the news! As I mentioned what I thought of the media – Lies, lies, agendas, cover ups and distractions.
I don’t need someone who has never met me to tell me what I believe.
By the sound of it, you’ve falling for the Chinese so, as mentioned, the Chinese will be victorious and I’m so happy for you to be on the winning side. I wish you great success and prosperous future in all your ventures.
Thank you.
Hello Lee,
Thank you for your comments, yes true I don’t know you, but I can only answer your question they best way I can. Its not really about being on the winning side no. I used to do a lot of business in America making good money at that time, but this via Coroavirus corvit19 along with many lockdowns changes things a lot andci lost a lot. I travel to America very often to see my family in New York and in Florida, and I haven’t spent time with my friends in Oklahoma – if my spelling is correct..lol I don’t want you to get the wrong side of me. I’m not on anyone side. I just follow the money where I can make money, I used to do a lot of business with Russia I have a lot of respect for Russia, for the peaceful works whey are doing to countries around the world helping to develop Infinestructure – not sure of my selling.lol to many countries in the Caribbean Islands and Jamaica and Africa. Also the Chinese doing the same thing peaceful works helping countries around the world helping to developing their Infrastructure. These are the peaceful works and things you don’t see America doing and the western world they only course problems and sanctions to countries. I won’t go into the bad thing they are doing around the world to countries that in need of help and development. But in just saying I follow the money and right now I can’t make money in America as I used to become of all their policy’s.
Anyway I won’t go into this.
But still thank you Lee, for your positive comments
I imagine while other countries accept China’s mass production, low cost “goods”, underpaid workers, value for money then nothing will change. And China will be victorious.
Over a hounderds countries has already excepted China goods and services that I’d half of the world’s population. Who told you that China work focuses are under Paid? What your western media? The American media? Not at all they get much better paid then we westerners you don’t see the Chinese suffering with costs of living like American and the western world. Thy are the richest working people in the world.
Thank you Lee for your response
Lol, “I imagine” I can’t say I thought about it that deep about it. You obviously have a grudge against Western media, I don’t disagree with you. I think most, if not all media outlets have their own agenda and loyalty to their paymasters. But tell me, so I can be enlighten – what/who are you media sources?
I talk with a lot of Chinese manufacturers on a daily basis, I know many Americans who are living in China, so I have a pretty good idea on what is going on in China though my Americans friends. No, not at all Lee, I don’t have any grudge against the western and American media no. But everything they report is untrue misleading the western world. Your only looking at one side of the true story from the western media and have no idea on what is really going on in this world with America and their true intentions.
Thank you Lee for your response
The trade war between America and China is complicated, and I see it as a situation that impacts both countries in big ways. It’s not just about tariffs; it’s also about control over tech, manufacturing, and influence on the global stage. America and China are two of the world’s biggest economies, so when they clash, it ripples out to other countries too.
On one hand, I get why America would want to protect its industries and tech advantages, especially in areas like AI and semiconductors. China’s growth in tech has been major, and America wants to make sure it stays competitive. But the tariffs and restrictions can end up making things cost more for everyone, and they can even slow down tech advancements when companies can’t easily work across borders.
Then there’s the impact on people’s lives. Companies are caught in the middle, and workers feel it. Jobs, product prices, and even supply chain issues can all come out of these trade tensions. And it’s not like either country is backing down anytime soon, so it’ll probably keep shifting how the economy works. So, there’s a lot of layers to it, and in the end, regular people end up dealing with the ups and downs.
Hello Lakeshia,
I hear you yes when America start tariffs restrictions and increasing tariffs high cost on China AI and products, no other countries will export to America or buy or do business with America. You see America is killing their own industry and economy. And the citizen of America is suffering with high living costs. The is nothing to do with China, and China is not responsible for the high living costs in America. Its America is the real problem for just for its own country and people but for the world. Anyway I make money working closely with the Chinese manufacturers. America is only shooting themselves in the foot, China is doing very good, many countries no longer want to do business with America they are all looking for China to do business with now.
Thank you Lakeshia for your thoughts!!
Hey there! Thanks for sharing your perspective.
You’re right in saying the back-and-forth with tariffs and restrictions does end up making things more expensive, and a lot of American citizens feel that in their day-to-day lives. When countries raise tariffs or block imports, it can increase costs all the way down the supply chain, and in the end, regular people end up paying more. And yes, some countries are looking to China for business because of lower costs or less red tape.
But at the same time, there’s also this angle of America trying to protect its own industries and tech security. They’re worried about things like intellectual property, technology competition, and keeping certain jobs in the U.S. It’s like they’re trying to play defense but maybe going about it in a way that’s hurting everyday people along the way. So, it’s true America has its own issues it needs to work out to help its citizens and strengthen the economy without overdoing the restrictions.
Appreciate the insight, though—working directly with Chinese manufacturers definitely gives you a close-up view of things!
The U.S.-China trade war is kind of a mess. It started with the U.S. wanting to level the playing field on trade, but now it’s more about who’s got the upper hand in terms of power and tech. Both sides are throwing tariffs and restrictions around, and it’s causing problems for businesses and everyday people—prices go up, supply chains get messed up. The thing is, they both need each other in the long run, so while it’s intense right now, I think they’ll eventually figure out a way to dial it down before it gets worse.
Hello Denise,
Yes true it all started with America. But, no China is not throwing tariffs and restrictions around on America or any country on the world. China doesn’t want the American people to suffer with high tariffs. But unfortunately because America has put on China high 100% tariffs on China goods, the American people and companies suffer with high cost.
China said he wants to make things easier for the American people so they don’t suffer with high cost so China will pay the high cost tariffs on behalf of the American people and Companies. But still America is still making thing very difficult for China. So in the end the American people will still suffer with high cost for goods. It funny, but very stupid America is blaming China for all the problems and high cost in America, how stupid is that and America started this trade war in the first place.
Thank you Denise for your positive response
It sounds like you’re focusing on the impact of the tariffs on the American people, and I can definitely see how those tariffs have hurt businesses and consumers here. That said, it’s important to remember that both sides have played a role in escalating things. The trade war really did start with the U.S. trying to address concerns like intellectual property theft, unfair trade practices, and China’s growing influence in tech. But, I agree, it’s turned into more of a back-and-forth battle of who has the upper hand.
China has imposed some restrictions too, even if not in the same way the U.S. has with tariffs. For example, China has targeted specific industries like agriculture with retaliatory tariffs, which affected American farmers. It’s definitely a mess for both sides, and the economic pain isn’t just limited to one country—it’s global. But I get your point that the people suffering the most are regular consumers. Hopefully, both sides can reach a compromise, but the path forward isn’t clear yet. It’s definitely a tough situation.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts—it’s always good to hear different perspectives!
Ohh, Denise, you know that Trump is escalating thus into a physical cold war. Trump wants to go war with China in the China seas. He also want to bomb Iran, and in South America he wants to remove the government’s by making a koor – note sure of my spelling lol, to Topple their government’s. America will never change from their evil ways. Your western media is lying to all of you. To make you hate China, Russia and Latin America and Iran, you will never know the real truth. That this all about and why America doing so much evil on this world. Soon he is going to turn to our brothers and sisters in Africa. And your western media don’t report this to your America people.
I need to know this information for I do a lot of business with the Chinese and Africa and other countries.
Thank you Denise for your Conversation
David, I gotta be honest, I don’t appreciate this “evil America” narrative you’re pushing. The U.S. isn’t trying to start wars with China, Iran, or anyone else. There are tensions, sure, but it’s about diplomacy, not destruction. You’re getting caught up in conspiracy theories that don’t reflect the reality. America isn’t perfect, but there’s a lot more going on than the negativity you’re buying into.
Thanks for the conversation, but I’m done with this one.
God bless America.
Alright sorry if i offended, but Denise, no it’s not a conspiracy I’m getting suck into it’s a well known fact. And you only have to open your eyes to see what America is doing around the world.
But, yes agreed let end this subject.
God Bless me and my brothers and sisters around the world!!
I hate this trade war is going on between the two. America is not perfect, however, I will always stand for and be with America! I remember when we were forced to purchase their goods and it took away a lot of our jobs. Many factories were closed. The quality of the product that was shipped to us from overseas was never and still is not of the quality that we deserve or that I liked. Their goods and service was and still is not up to par for me. That’s in my opinion. America can and will do much better within our own people. We have great skilled and talented people who can provide for us at a much more affordable cost. I am happy for you that you like how they treat you and that you are pleased with their products and services. Remember, this is just my opinion. 🙂
Hello Phyllis,,
Look at this way way I will always support China. America has come out with two new iPhone’s, its going to cost about $750 to $1000. China has a new Mobile phone that do some thing as the new iPhone or even much better things then the iPhone and going to cosy a Fraction of the cost of the iPhone, which one would you buy that’s affordable to you that do the same thing or even much better? Its a very simple question. You now see why I work closely with the Chinese? I was completely broke I lost a catering business via Coroavirus corvit19 and lost everything. I’m just now picking myself up by working closely with the Chinese. I design many products, I also import goods to resale to people that can afford my products that are much better and affordable more than the American products. Anyway this is not a option from me it’s a well known fact. More and more countries are moving away from doing business with America and now doing business with China. Now this my option: (Always follow the money or your food will be left outside, something my late Mum said to me once.) America broadband and UK broadband is one of the slowest in the world well behind in 5G technology with Internet. Do your research who has the best 5G in the whole world? Who is behind in 5G? Yes you can support the loosing them good luck on that.
Thank you Phyllis for your option well appreciated, blessed
Thank you for the insight on the iphones. That’s pretty interesting. I do understand your position. You have to do what’s best for you and for what makes good business sense. I respect that you have did your research and the fact that you are able to do business for yourself and I know what you are saying is the truth. See, the thing is, I am here in America and I feel like I am a sitting duck at times. 🙂
These things all happen because a powerful deep state in the west bullied themself into control of the world’s financial systems. Despite how misled and indoctrinated people have been into believing Trump is responsible, much will be solved moving forward. A reelected president that has fought the deep state from day one, along with the formation of BRICs, will see a new multipolar world and potentially an entirely new banking system. So much is going to change that this conversation will likely be entirely irrelevant 😄
Hello Cheryl
Talking about BRICS, all the oil producing countries are all dumping the US dollar and selling oil in their own currency. America dollar is loosing grip on the would. Most countries don’t want to trade and buy oil and goofs in the UK dollar no more. This trade war with China is also not helping America, every countries outside of the western world is making money, Russia, China, Africa, South America, Egypt and many countries are making money apart from America. Soon the cost of living is going to get very bad for the American people.
Thank you Cheryl for your thoughts
The US has as much oil as anybody and will be producing it for themselves soon. The Dollar has been inflicted as the world’s reserve currency by force and destruction, this needs to end. Allowing central banks to impose an entirely FIAT currency system on humanity also needs to end. If we are to see a new banking system, this one has to go. I expect the Dollar, Pound, Euro to collapse in a way never seen before. There may be some short term pain, but I have faith that we are entering a golden age, and that the Best Is Yet To Come.
Hello Cheryl,
That is very interesting because of America Europe is in big problems needing Gas and Oil as the Sanctions on Russia following America. Germany was talking about this that because they followed America their industry’s is collapsing. So America said bring all your factory’s to America. But Germany said if we do that then our Germany will be left without a industry to support the young working class. There be no jobs no money for the young people Germany will become a ghost country. Europe the western world is not making money because of so many Sanctions on Russia and China. But Russia is doing very well making money and China taking over the world in trade with new partners around the world. America is not making any money because they are at war with every one. No one wants to do business with America they all are dumbing the US dollar and doing business with China. And Russia is doing very well out of all the wars America is supporting so many countries are doing business with Russia and China. Do your research very Important if you want to make money.
Thank you Cheryl for your thoughts
I shan’t disrespect the research you’ve done just because we found different conclusions! My research has been extensive over the last 9 years. I’m not disagreeing with what you are saying either. I believe it’s how it appears if you only accept mainstream/government narratives.
Looking deeper than this has led me to think, once again, that these narratives will be irrelevant when the changes happen!
Hello Cheryl,
Yesterday early morning I was watching Russia Putin live speech. Its way so beautiful, its just how the man talk so calm gentle and humble. It’s such a shame you don’t see the Americans taking with so much wisdom like Putin. All they take about is killing and war and bad childish thing out of their moth. Just look at the peaceful things that Putin is doing around the world, Jamaica and throughout the Caribbean Islands and in South America also I’m Africa, everyone in Africa love Putin for the work and help he has done. But, the Americans is just looting stealing, oil and rresources, out of Africa the Middle East and from around the world. You don’t see Russia and China doing evil like that around the world. I wish you did hear Putin live speech, just the goodness and peaceful things he was talking about. He way saying it was not his intention to devalue the US dollar America left him with no choice and he had to protect his people and his country from Sanctions. He was talking about Germany how their industry is suffering because my oil and from Russia became of America sanctions on Russia and he really feel Germany pain. I just don’t understand its why America can’t talk about so many beautiful things and talk with wisdom and peaceful things out of their moth. Trump want to bump Iron, he want to go to war with China in the China seas, he also want to disable the government’s in South America. His looking to do even evil on this world. You don’t hear or see Putin saying evil like that you don’t see China saying evil things like that. China and Russia has be doing peaceful things to so many countries around the world. I really enjoyed Putin beautiful speech so calm so peaceful so gentle so much wisdom so beautiful. If America did talk things like that out of their moths there be peace in this world.
I’m just waiting for cryptocurrency to dominate, only for other countries (including the U.S. and China of course) to try to overinflate its worth. I do own some NIO stock currently. Not sure if i should hold or not.
Hello Andre,
If you still hold NIO stock currency I would still hold on to them and just sit and see what’s going on before you make a decision ever to sell or what? Or trade it in for Gold there your investment is safe. Like what all governments around the world is doing buying Gold so their investment is safe.
Thank you Andre for your thoughts.
War or any kind of conflict is always bad.
Hello Steven,
I totally agree with you Steven, but fortunately I’m making a little money from this trade war and soon I maybe in a position to starting my own business. I’m learning so much knowledge from LuckScout and doing my own research hopefully in the new year I should be in a position to start a new import and export business. I work closely with the Chinese manufacturers so let’s see what the new year brings. Making money from a trade war.
Thank you Steven for your positive response
The trade war has brought up important issues, like the balance of power in a globalized world and the role of technology in national security, though it’s uncertain when (or if) a stable resolution will be reached. The outcome will likely shape economic and geopolitical relationships for decades to come.
Hello Jaydell,
Yes that is a very interesting point.
Thank you Jaydell for your thoughts on this issue
Thank you David!!!!
Ohh,The Lovely Jaydell
You are so welcome pretty looking lady, Blessed
, This is a whole mess & nothing good will come from this
Hello Kayla,
Yes true it a mess, but then again something good is coming out of it for me. I’m earning a new living out of this trade war, not much, but enough to maybe make enough money to start a new business in the new year. I’m happy working closely with the Chinese manufacturers it puts a small amount of money in my bank. Maybe this new year I have a new business doing much better than my old business.
Thank you Kayla for your thoughts.
There are so many other countries (including the United States) that have quality products. Not everything needs to come from China. Most products made in China are super cheap to buy (and made cheap as well) Those products get purchased based upon price. As a result it fuels that economy. Support American made products and allied countries. Invest in your own economy.
Hello Jill,
I hear what you saying, but you know what, I will never support America products, it doesn’t help me at all to make money and I can’t resale their products. Working closely with the Chinese manufacturers I’m able to make way and everyone wants their products. Which in turn helps me to earn a living outside the western world. I’m also able to expand to other countries outside of the western world. So no I wouldn’t buy or support America in these war or their products. Also I wouldn’t use the US dollar to buy goods from overseas.
Thank you Jill for your thoughts on this issue
Nothing lasts forever. Every beginning has an ending. It will definitely end one day.
Hello Virginia,
Yes true everything comes to a end one day, but to what outcome
The outcome might not be the same as we would have expected but the most important thing is that it would have come to an end.
Yes that is true.
Thank you Virginia for your thoughts
You are welcome
I believe that Trump will solve it all.
The Lovely Judy
Well, we shall see, remember he was the one who started this war with China in the first place when he was in office before.
Thank you Judy for your response
Hello Judy,
Well we shall see? He started this trade war back when he. Was in office the last time l.
Thank you Judy for your response
I am sure with the Trump in charge he will get a more than fair deal for the USA.
Hello Jorg,
Lol, that’s all he really wants and care about just themselves America
I believe this trade war will finally end.
Hello Iwona,
I don’t think so now that Trump is back in office he going to escalate this war.
Thank you Iwona for you response
I think that as usual, the USA will dominate
Hello Ben,
That’s not possible America is too fat behind and already loosing this Trade War with China.
Thank you Ben for your response
I honestly don’t believe that there will be a trade war now that Trump is in charge I have high hopes i believe in Trump and he his incredible way of solving these issues usually with only conversations.
Hello Catherine,
Have you been sleeping this Trade War started from when Trump was first in office he was the one that started this trade war in the first place back when he was in office. And now America is already loosing this trade war.
Thank you Catherine for your response
