Discipline should start from home. Parents should have time to sit and talk to their children about respect, kindness, love and particularly teaching them about God. Families should have time to pray together. I also blame the system itself.
You are exactly right. Time with your children is very important. I taught my children at home after my daughter(at the time was in middle school) tried to commit suicide due to bullying. I taught them everything I could that my grandmother taught me. Respect is number one! Especially their elders! I didnt know jesus at the time even though he was right there beside me so my children didnt know him until he found us last year so I wish that could have been a part of their lives sooner but hes in our hearts now and thats what matters. We are living in world where kids are under immense pressure due to social media, bad influence from other kids, grooming. The list goes on. Thank is a good question Pamela, you know the Scriptures talks the children of today’s times tell us how the children’s are I’m unruly and children will become killers. Well, not all children’s but, look on the TV news and what do you see? Look at what happens in the UK 🇬🇧 7 kids age between 7 to 12 to 14 years old killed a man of 65 in a park. They are just little babies killing a man of 65 years old. And it’s happening all to often kids killing adults. Just as it was written in the Scriptures or for some of you the Bible.
There was a boy of 13, kill an elderly woman in an apartment stairwell and proceded to sexually assault the corpse!! How did that child even know of anything sexual at that age? I try not to judge anyone because I know our maker is the only onethat can judge us but I believe these children either have mental health issues that the parents are seeking tretment for or the parent sjust arent parenting at all!
