Yes, I have many times, but it’s all been with a gift certificate that I have received as a gift. I have bought many massage gift certificates too for gifts. It’s a popular gift here in my town.

I’ve never had a massage and I probably never will unless I have a sports or some other type of injury. To have a massage just to relax seems like a luxury cost and frivolous to me, but that’s just me! I could use that $100 or more dollars for something more useful or meaningful.

I used to go to my health canter..well, its really a very big sport centre really with a health centre within it. Me anybmy friends used to used the gym, and play badminton then swimming and lastly have message. But, because of our busy lifestyle these days I have been for a while. I would like to start going back for regular exercises to keep fit renew my membership!!

I need to go to the gym. I’m 6’4 and a little over 200 pounds but I have never weighed over 180. It is taking its toll on my legs and I am not sure if my shin splints are caused by that or what, but it is worth a shot. Have to start somewhere.
