I try to budget my money on a weekly basis but my husband seems to have other plans and so do the bills.

My hubby and I budget monthly.
He is a retired brick layer and older than me. He receives all his income monthly. We have a financial advisor who comes to our house, and we invest with him. I have an annuity from a previous employer of 20 years and now I am in where mine can never go down. Stays the same or goes up. Hubby’s is a different ballpark since he is with the Union. We check the stock market daily. Plus, I have a brother-in-law that is a Trader.
I enjoy saving, budgeting, balancing and being very conservative. 🧾💲

Yes true…money do has a mind of its own, that is money its just go’s and everyone want it on pay day!!..lol.hehe.you have to be strict. (Put in savings and whatever is left over then you can spend on food, rent or Mortgage bills and whatever. LuckScout teach this and I take it in and learn!! What I’m doing now? I buy stocks and shares with some of the money I save. I buy Chinese stocks as they are above and ahead of England 🇬🇧 and America 🇺🇸 and the world. Best I put my investments on the winning team.
Well..actually Phyllis, it always telling you where it wants to go, but, I don’t do I look at my budget on a monthly so I can get a broader view of the full year. That way is more easier to budget my income and savings for the full year!! Apart from dealing with the greedy government taxes and the hungry electric man and the greedy Gas man and the angry water man all want sweet David head, off with his head..lol.hehe. But you get the picture on what I mean. Easier to see how my savings are for the full year
You are simply amazing, David! Looking at my budget for the whole entire year is a first for me. I must try this one. Sometimes my money has a mind of it’s on and just do what it what’s do do. There are many times I must say to my dollar, hold on, what are you trying to do! 🙂
