What do you think are the good, the bad and the ugly about work from home.
The good: I think there is so much flexibility when working from home, I also do not have to spend hours stuck in traffic. I am my own boss too
The bad: For me there is so much distraction with kids, Sometimes I have to stop what I am doing to cook or just to give that attention to the kids
The ugly; Social isolation and burnt out, lake of exercise are my main experience
What are your own views or experiences.

I absolutely love working from home,
the peace I have is far more worth it than being stuck in the four walls of a local Job.
i was a lifeguard for 3 years, was great experience for me but the socialising drains me too much in a public environment.
as for the negatives, there may be but the perks outweighs the bad so much I doing think of the bad.

The good about working from home for me is working when I want to without a boss looking over my shoulder and without the structure of the 8 to 5 Monday through Friday grind!
The bad? Like you, sometimes I feel socially isolated – but, I find that just giving my kids or a friend a call or scheduling a visit helps with that.
I don’t really see any ugly, I have no small children at home and no outside obligations most of the time so it’s all on me to schedule what I want to do and when

I don’t see any bad and ugly in working from home. I work in my office in my home away from my living space and it all good for me working from home for myself. Nothing bad or ugly about it. It’s the best thing in my life right now.
