I really don’t get angry; it takes a whole lot to anger me, but if it happens I stay calm and let some time pass. It subsides with no ill words or arguments.
Yes it does my friend
I cry And walk away
I will just keep my cool and plan on how to make you feel what I felt too
Good, because sometimes bottling the emotions in can be detrimental
I always try to avoid whatever that will make me angry. But if it happens, I will express myself maturely and let go.
That’s wonderful, I am definitely tapping into this
I hold it in, I give myself alone time, and I don’t speak while am angry, because words spoken out of anger can destroy alot of things.
I go silent for some minutes, holding my words help me to keep calm
That’s a good coping mechanism
I leave the scene where the offender is. Most times, I connect my earphones and listen to cool songs
Music really helps
I try to stay calm, relax my mind and talk to myself. Acting on anger doesn’t end well.
That’s a good way to go about it

Time indeed heal wounds
