To overcome procrastination, one can use tools like to-do lists, time management apps, and the Pomodoro Technique to stay focused and organized. Do you have any strategies that work for you?
Hello Gambari, you were right, your solution really bring positive change to me.
My advice to you is talk yourself into it, but get up and walk around as you do it because if you sit around it’s not going to get done what ever goals you are trying to accomplish hope this helps good luck.
Pray daily; start your day with a healthy breakfast. Most people need healthy routines they do every day that help them to improve different areas in their lives. Life isn’t all about going to work, home, then work again. You will be drained after a while and won’t want to do anything else in your life. Life is all about balance, but healthy fun balance as well. It takes 14 to 21 days to break any bad habit; you just need to develop new, improved, good habits that are going to keep you proactive. But take it a day at a time; once you do everything consistently, it will be like muscle memory to you. Just retrain your brain to cut out many nonproductive things in your life that are not beneficial for you and your goals moving forward.
Tools? Have a friend who will hold you accountable?
Break down your goals into smaller chunks so you have many smaller goals to achieve.
Have strong reason why specific things need to get done and then do them!
Thank you sir

Yes you were right, thanks.
