The feeling of a complete lost about the future is an incredibly heavy experience, but it’s often a sign that you are at a transition point where your old map no longer suits your new reality. It is a “recalibration” phase rather than a permanent state.

That’s a really powerful way to look at it. It makes the uncertainty feel a bit less overwhelming and more like a necessary step forward. I’ll try to focus more on what’s right in front of me instead of stressing about the whole path.
When I feel completely lost about my future, I stop trying to figure everything out at once.
Instead, I focus on one small step—learning something new, improving a skill, or just getting through the day with intention.
Clarity often comes from action, not overthinking.
