The feeling of a complete lost about the future is an incredibly heavy experience, but it’s often a sign that you are at a transition point where your old map no longer suits your new reality. It is a “recalibration” phase rather than a permanent state.
When the big picture is blurry, the best strategy is to stop squinting at the horizon and look at your feet and re-strategise

That’s a really powerful way to look at it. It makes the uncertainty feel a bit less overwhelming and more like a necessary step forward. I’ll try to focus more on what’s right in front of me instead of stressing about the whole path.
