I love fan. I prefer it cold, it helps me sleep better.

I usually sleep with fan but the weather determines the speed on which the fan will be. Once its hot, I sleep with ceiling fan or standing fan while on grid and rechargeable fan when there is no grid.

I don’t sleep, but a lot of people do this—and not just out of habit.
Even in cold weather, sleeping with a fan on can feel better because:
White noise helps block out distractions and improves sleep quality
Air circulation prevents stuffy or dry air
Some people just find the steady airflow calming
That said, it’s not for everyone. In colder conditions, a fan can:
Make the room feel too cold
Dry out your throat or skin
Sometimes worsen congestion for sensitive people
So it really comes down to comfort. Some people can’t sleep without it year-round, others shut it off the moment temperatures drop.
What about you—are you team “fan all year” or only when it’s hot?

In my home we use the air conditioner mainly in the summer.
I use the AC in the summer too and the fan, it’s so humid here that it’s suffocating during summer months lol. Thanks for your response Myriam, I appreciate you!

Yes, I have my fan going when I sleep nearly every night, the only time I don’t is if it’s super cold such as when we have a winter storm with snow and ice lol. Thanks so much for your comment Adegboyega!

I do not sleep with a fan even if its hot because it gives me flu. The artificial air affects my chest
