Millions of innocent animals are abused daily ( every second of every hour ) Those who have vicious dogs hurt innocent animals for training purposes for their vicious dogs, Some animal shelters abuse animals in their care ( they lock dogs & cats in cages all day just to sleep on cold concrete and be forced to live in their own feces - until someone finally decides to clean it up ) - Givers of animals give away free animals without asking questions to those who are receiving the innocent animal and then the animals are abused harshly.... The list goes on and on..... Punishment for animal abuse needs to be Harsher than just a slap on the wrist!!
