First I will invest my 5 millions to real estate which I want to learn long time ago and my other 5 millions will buy land to build new houses and condos for resales

That’s only $10 million ☺️. What would you do with the other $990 million? I know not everyone had English as their first language. Just to help with the question $1 Billion is 1000 times $1 million

Thanks Dean for this. It’s alot of money in 1 billion so I will divide it 500 millions and 5 millions to my investments above
