wealthy, has so many meanings, most people only think it mean lots of money. Wealthy, you could be Wealthy spiritual, or physically, or by material processions like lots of money, car, houses.

I think the meaning of being wealth is not jus about material possession but being a kind, respectful, showing love for others and helping the need.
