When I was young I have no health issues with the traditional high carbohydrate lifestyle. At the age of 40 I started having some health issues like migraine, knee pain, weakness etc. and between 40 to 50 years old I was diagnosed with Non Alcoholic Fatty Liver which were not resolved by doctors taking medications and supplements. I started my quest to health journey from no meat, low fat, vegetarian but made me more sick and fatter. In 2018 I tried the Keto diet lifestyle and it healed my Fatty Liver Disease but without much guidelines I did not maintain the diet and my weight went to 180 pounds. Last year, I saw You Tube videos about carnivore diet lifestyle tried it and I found it effective to me as I lost 15 pounds in 3 months made me strong and no more knee pain. Proper Human Diet and the Low Carb with intermitent fasting are the lifestyle for me for the rest of my life. To this day my weight is 143 pounds and with discipline I know I can achieve my goal weight of 120 pounds. What is your current Diet Lifestyle and how does it affect you?
