I ask this question as I’m concerned about my 20 Yr old son, who started on weed about 9 months ago and is currently looking for work. My concern is not his work ethic but really the lingering aroma of the weed on your person, clothes, etc. Especially starting a new job. I there’s equality nowadays but, as a parent, I’m still unsure.
