Why do people turn down the Radio to help them see better when driving?

I have no idea, but then again I love playing my music at full blasting my 90’s and playing my Roots Rock Reggae Music with Getaway Lover by my side with her 90’s music..lol 😛😜🤪🥰🤩🤪
