ALL I KNOW IS PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT AND IN THIS CASE I MEAN STUDYING. TEACH YOURSELF WAYS LIKE COMING UP WITH RHYMES OR SAYINGS THAT WILL MAKE YOU REMEMBER ANSWERS TO WHATEVER TEST YOU BE TAKING. AND I HEAR THAT IT ISN’T GOOD TO CRAM AT THE LAST MINUTE, BUT EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT. MOST OF ALL WE JUST NEED TO PRAY AND HOPE THAT WE DO GOOD ON THE TEST.
When taking an important test, I’d ease my mind by taking a few deep breaths to calm my nerves—slow inhales and exhales really help reset the panic button. I’d also quickly skim the test to get a sense of what’s coming, then tackle the easier questions first to build confidence. If I’m stuck, I’d jot down random thoughts to clear mental clutter or visualize nailing the test to boost my vibe.
The best advice I can give you is to relax I know that’s hard to do, but it’s your best option, and here a tip for anxiety if you’re able to get some good sleep eat healthy foods that will help your brain function a lot clearer even if you’re anxious.
