im not walking alot at home +-200steps but when i go out for the day its over the 10k

I used to do 10k at least 5 days a week. Working towards that again.

That’s a good question. I’m not sure for the fact I’m a mom and I have a 3 year old and a 5 year old.

This will vary with the kind of activity i have on a specific day. But i bet, i will have more than 1000 when i do a treadmill.

If i am feeling well 3k to 4k 6k if i am having a great day very rare and the days i feel sick 20 to 30 steps the pain and nausea really slows me down, lately i am more with the 20 to 30 steps.
