Is a hot dog a sandwich?

It could be one even if it is eaten with the bun,the hot dog,and with either mustard or ketchup.

A sandwich is 2 slices of bread with meat in the middle. A bun is not 2 slices of bread although you have a dog in the middle.

It is my pleasure, Sudden.

No its not a sandwich its a Hot Dog.

Hot dog looks likes a sandwich but in the real sense, it is not a sandwich.

nope

When the  hot dog is prepared with a bun it is called a hotdog sandwich😁😁😁

I have never considered it to be a sandwich, and neither is a hamburger.

The way I see it is that a hot dog is meat, put into a bun.It definitely is not a traditional sandwich.
