I remember that my parents got a letter from the teacher that I would pull chairs out from under the children and they would land on the floor. So I got a spanking, and I didn’t do it anymore. Lesson do not pull chairs from others.
A child can start reading by 4 or 5 years old if you start early training the child on basic first because my kid start learning by 3 years now she is 5years should can read and identify
