Darianys, girl, you need to stop! I was just thinking of this recently! I have run my karate club since 2007 but I have only done an anniversary celebration ONCE! So we are now 16 years old and I realise that I have not celebrated the fact the we are still running, I have trained 9 people up to black belt and I have not really stopped to say wow, how well we have done! Thank you for this question. Apart from this, I don’t really celebrate my small achievements but I do often give in to instant gratification!
I don’t celebrate myself too often every now and again like when I graduated from college, It was unusual because I was older in my late forties before I graduated. I celebrated that occasion because I did that didn’t think I was going to be able too at first but I did and that deserved a celebration.
