Sis….. its a really difficult time dealing with our 15yo soon. He also has autism, high-functioning.
Is like a roller coaster but only you feel the effects but he doesn’t! You try to be consistent with your reactions and responses but its REALLY hard to not slip into our parents’-mode of parenting! Not sure what works anymore because of the spontaneous nature of his behaviours. I am trying to teach myself more about the condition and effective responses
