No, I will make arrangements in securing other ways of employment such as LS, I don’t care how good the pay is I will walk away if I am being mistreated. Only so much a person can take.

I’ve actually been in a situation like that before, where the work environment was pretty toxic and it seemed like certain people could get away with anything just because they were close to the boss or owner. It’s really frustrating and demoralizing when hard work goes unnoticed or unappreciated, especially when you see others slacking off and getting special treatment. Personally, I had to really evaluate if it was worth staying in that kind of environment, where my efforts weren’t being recognized and the workplace culture was toxic. In the end, I decided to move on to a better situation where I felt more valued and respected. It wasn’t an easy decision, but it was definitely the right one for my well-being and career growth.

Thank goodness you where able to place yourself in a better situation, no one deserves that everyday.

No, I wouldn’t consider working for an employer that is cruel and disrespectful to me. I have experienced this, and it was very difficult to work in a facility while being bossed around in a very nasty way.

I have worked at places where employees were disrespected but I only stayed until I could find another job. I have had people work for me for man years now and I have always thought about how that disrespect makes people feel. I don’t ever want to make anyone feel that way.

I would not want to work for a boss that was disrespectful, however I have before. I did end up leaving, but not until I found a new job. Had I not been able to find a new job, I would have stuck it out as long as I could because of finances.

Absolutely not. Life already offer challenges, but to work for a disrespectful employer is a no go. It’s just adding more stress

I definitely would not.It is highly stressful to work in an environment where disrespect and abuse are the order of the day.In recent years we have heard of instances of workplace violence occuring due to that.My way out would be to seek another company to work for and then just quietly walk away

Probably not for long if he continues to be disrespectful, I would be searching real hard for a new job.
