People tell white lies all the time to prevent hurt feelings. Is this okay? When is it acceptable to lie and when is it not?

Sometimes its okey to tell a white lie but not everytime you feel to tells white lies because you gona get caught

I don’t agree with u completely because lying is a sin no matter the circumstances.
