I’d rather be too cold, especially if I’ve something to cover up with. I cannot, and I mean absolutely cannot stand heat. My nose bleeds along with the inability to think and focus as normal. Then shortly afterwards, I begin experience shortness of breathe while becoming extremely fatigued and faint as if I’ll pass out.
I also tend to cough uncontrollably when my heat levels in my body are elevated. A hot mess is what I become in excessive heat temperatures.
Although, if there’s a consistent strong cold draft of crisp wind blowing throughout the atmosphere, it tends to make me cough as well. However, I’m usually pretty great at adjusting to that little obstacle in extremely cold temperatures. My body has never adjusted comfortably when it comes to heat, and I can never seem to shake the nose bleeds.
I appreciate your sincere response! Thank you Toni. Have a wonderful day.

Oh my gosh, so sorry you have such a time with the heat. Take care of yourself.
