I would definitely intervene at all cost! You never know what someone is going through mentally, or what they could do as a result of being bullied! Way to many children are harming themselves due to being bullied about stuff that is out of their control! Just speak up and you could save a life!!

I would attempt to help, depending on the situation.However,if violence is involved,law enforcement is who I would have intervene.These days,folks are over the edge and somehow they get a rise out of bullying others.This way of dealing with their troubles is definitely not the way.
