I like both waffles and pancakes!
However, if I had to choose, I’d have to go with waffles because of weird reasons:
- I like the way syrup fills each of the squares in waffles, and
- The crisp of the waffle edges and surrounding squares
I love a crispy crunch on both waffles and pancakes. But, because of the way waffles are shaped, I love them more.
I can get so much more crispy crunches than I can from pancakes.
