It may sound crazy, it may sound corny, or it just may sound plain old ridiculous, but I’ll say it anyway.
If everyone could be skilled at being naturally responsive to the troubles and worries of others set off by basic humane instincts, ya know, filling up slack and lack sacks by supplying complimentary resources of the needy accordingly, someone for everyone where the strength covers the weak, we’d be alright amongst the human race.
Life would be that much more meaningful, peaceful, and enjoyable to live.
I truly appreciate your supportive comment. Thank you, Heidi, and I sincerely apologize for such a late response. I try my best to get around to everyone, eventually. I’ve been sorting out and prioritizing things; working towards establishing a set timeframe between home life & engaging here on the platform. I easily hop on Luckscout anytime no matter what’s going on, no matter the day because I’m naturally drawn in by it. However, it’s the “whenever” schedule that I’m currently on and am in dire need to incorporate a schedule layout to efficiently maintain my outer realm. I’m working on it.
Anyway…
To answer your question, first, maybe find ways
to get to know how people in the community respond to different common incidents individually. Ways such as creating professional, yet interesting and attention grabbing surveys that would be made of custom selection of questions and preposed scenarios. Also, a section or something where members can leave feedback and/or suggestions. I believe it would help give an overall general idea of the care levels, the actions, the behaviors, along with specific needs of each individual. I also believe it would shed light on everyone’s perception of certain things as well as reveal those who are caring by nature. Then, of course, lead by example by displaying what already comes natural to us while encouraging constructive dialogue and active listening. I believe that could help develop a culture of understanding and empathy within the community.
Just some ideas. I’m always open to new ideas if anyone else have any they’d like to share. Also, I love dabbling in digital/graphic design, creating professional templates, designing webpages, logos, social media posts, etc. just to name a few. Could possibly create a group…? (another idea)
Everyone should be able to empathise with another and see things from not only their own perspective but also the other persons perspective.
Right on, that’s what I’m talking about right there! I absolutely love your response, Nattela! It’s a way that more people should WANT to be! Unfortunately, these days, it isn’t the case.
Right on, that’s what I’m talking about! It’s a way that people should WANT to act and feel towards others. Unfortunately, these days, that isn’t the case.
Thank you. I feel this deeply because a lot of things would just not happen if people would show a little empathy before acting as we all have a mum, dad, family etc….. I completely agree with you that things are just not this way anymore… BUT I have faith that things will change. I have come across some great people doing great things for the betterment of humanity and LuckScout so far is the best company in regards to the everyday person who is stuck in the matrix. If I don’t see it in my lifetime then my children will see a better world.
It’s wonderful that you emphasize empathy, Nattela. Seeing from others’ perspectives can truly make a difference. It’s inspiring to hear your optimism about future change. What are some ways you’ve seen empathy positively impact those around you?
I’m glad you feel that way . Many situations, something may have happened and it looks 1 way but with a little empathy and understanding I’ve seen situations completely turn around from where it was going because both or 1 party showed empathy towards the other. People are so quick to get upset and judge others instead of maybe seeing there perspective and where they’re coming from first before going all negative. I do have hopes for the future as the world should not be this way at all! Before this system there was another so we can create a whole new system too that benefits not only us as humans but plants, nature, wildlife etc…. If the government really emphasize with the homeless problem we have there would be no homeless people as I’ve seen other countries come up with solutions that the uk are yet to even come close to but yes I divulge . Have a great day & remain positive in all you do

David, learning to swim is a practical skill that can be important for safety and enjoyment around water. Have you ever considered taking lessons to improve your swimming abilities?

I love your perspective, Latasha. If more people were naturally responsive to others’ needs, it would definitely create a more meaningful and peaceful world. How do you think we can start fostering that kind of community support?
