I think that he was guilty and the charges were dismissed because he is famous.
The guns are supposed to be checked and made clear before the stars get them. It just doesn’t make sense to me why would they set him up. This is not the first time he has had a gun on set so what’s the difference now? I think he knew the gun had live rounds for whatever reason that person probably pissed him off and that set the scene. That was the perfect opportunity for him to do it he thought no one would be the wiser and he was right because his charges were dropped. I don’t think it was because he was not guilty I think it was because they didn’t have enough evidence so that’s why he walked free.
They did it because the judge was handed an envelope with live rounds from another gun that someone else had there too. I think. I will go look again.
That sounds like something straight out of a movie. I’m sure that he knows the difference between a fake bullet and a real one. I just find it hard to believe he just took the gun shot it on set without checking it first and another thing my question is the guns that they use on set aren’t they props I mean not real? and can a real bullet work in a fake gun? See where I’m going with this. He knew no doubt about it and now they are trying to cover it up.
