when you cook what oils do you use?

It, all depends on what you are cooking!

Pure sunflower oil, or Coconut oil for Deep frying.

Cold pressed coconut Oil for Shallow frying.

Cold Pressed Coconut Oil or  dairy free butter that contains natural ingredients,

for sweating Onions, to create flavours.

I use olive oil when I cook

Oh, and also vegetable oil.

We use extra virgin olive oil now. But will use vegetable oil sometimes.

I always wonder why the Americans keep on saying that. In all their movies and in real life: WHATTTTT??? ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? Or they would say: ARE YOU SERIOUS??? or the say GOD DAMN IT!!! We watch a lot of Americans TV shows and movies they always saying dose words. Americans….so funny how they choose their words..lol 😛🤫🤔🫡🤪😜 you got to love them..lol

Oh.ok, Corn oil, it’s more cleaner and make your food test much better and unlike other oils it can take high temperature, and mostly its more Heather for you!! Always cook with corn oil u wouldn’t use anything else that’s no good for my food and body!!!

Mostly use olive oil.

The healthy olive oil.

Olive oil for me.

Avocado oil and olive oil.

I normally just use the vegetable cooking oil, and any other kind of cooking oil, like the canola oil or the corn oil, but healthy-wise, I would prefer the olive oil, as it’s very good for the inflammation of joints, etc 

I use Extra Virgin olive oil.  It has a low smoke point but olive oil has healthier qualities than vegetable oil and butter.

I really do like butter, so I use it too.  Real unsalted butter, not the imitation butter.

Olive, sesame seed and vegetable oils mostly.
