Do you believe  police brutality is a systematic issue?

Oh.ok, I don’t know about any systematic issue. All I know if your black in the UK, then the police use brutality towards you.

It is being taken more seriously after many years of brutality against people.Especially with the phones which can record the action.Also many precincts are training them to interact more with the public.

Until here recently the police and their shenanigans were backed by the commander and chief of the police and now, they are being held accountable thanks to the people videotaping them with proof of what they are doing. So yes, I do believe that it is a systematic issue.
