I do believe in ghosts, and I watch many paranormal shows so I’m not sure if they can really come back to haunt one specific person, but they do tend to come back and visit people or even when they don’t know or are stuck they tend to haunt either the place they died or the place they were happiest.

Honestly, I’ve heard a lot of stories about ghosts and hauntings, and I know some people really believe that spirits can come back to affect the living. I think whether you believe in ghosts kind of depends on your spiritual or cultural beliefs. Some believe spirits linger for a reason, while others think hauntings are just energy or memories left behind.
