I have never been married so I can only give my opinion on this matter. I honestly think that both should benefit from the marriage because they are in it together it shouldn’t be one sided.

I agree with Jacqueline. When you get married you become one so both man and woman should benefit from the marriage.

I was married once before. Not really for love. It’s a long story. But I feel as any person would, at least I think. I feel it should be both party’s as well. And if your heart is not it then it’s going to be like anything else and won’t last.
