I’d call 999 and help myself in the mean time if I felt it safe to do so I do believe I’m fairly strong and capable of defending myself but if an attacker had a weapon I’d wait for help.

Do worry I always carry something in my pocket for protection if I need it. Like I said I’m full of trouble. Well, I don’t go around making trouble if you understand.
