Never a good Idea to hire family members or friends why because they will expect special treatment from you.

Definitely depends on the family, my first job I worked at McDonald’s with two of my sisters at one point my dad and my sister in law and brother in law! I’ve helped at my dad’s and sisters company lots of time. We have a very close family and have worked together in many ways for many reasons. I think if the family has issues or is likely to argue it might cause problems.
For sure a good family work relationship is very important,to help achieve successfully.

Yes true and that is exactly the problem i had. So i had to Urgently Advertise for new workers to replace the problems.
Actually my catering business went under via Coroavirus corvit19 and the three lockdowns the country went through. But im rebuilding my catering business to restart hopefully next year.

This is a very good question.
For my business I did employ one or two of my family, but it didn’t workout. But when I employ other workers it worked very well with no problem.
I will always post advertisement for workers.
I have notice! when family members have the same employer, it creates the potential for personal conflicts to enter the workplace. This can have a negative impact on individuals’ ability to focus on and complete their job duties.

I worked with my Dad for years as Trading Partners and directors of our business. I was employed by his businesses when I was younger. It was always great! When we needed help it was always my sisters or brothers-in-law. We were aiming to be successful enough to hire all of them full-time! It definitely depends on the family though. We’re very close.
