What small act of kindness were you once shown that you will never forget?

I try to forget and not talk about my kindness, its a sign of being proud, its not kindness if you tell everyone what you did, its not considered as kindness anymore but of a interest of recognition. I think it’s in the book Matthew when the Messiah was explaining about giving kindness, if not then the book of Luke.
