Most important quality?

The most important quality in a leader is perseverance.

I’m with Virginia and David, but they should also be someone we can trust.

Well…I will say no more as a small business owner, Virginia you said it all right out of my mouth. That is correct!!! And I couldn’t say it better!!!

A leader should have a vision for the team they are leading. They should have compassion, good communication and listening skills, respect

Respect. For themselves and those that they lead.
