If today you won the lottery , what would be your first purchase? I would pay off my bills (utilities, Credit cards, etc.) and buy a new electronic device either a gaming laptop or gaming capable home computer for my son for college. I would go on a small vacation with my husband to our favorite waterpark since its the winter and not beach time. Then the rest would go into the bank
well depending on how much is won in the lottery I would get all 3 of my kids cars as well as myself . then with our living situation i would make comfortable for my youngest son and I, to get out of were we are staying now to be back in our own home . i would give the ones who had helped us out some money as well. then the rest i would say would go into stock or invest as well as savings to not get spent .. at least that’s how i would envision it to be 😜
thank you and of course
buy my mom a house
donate to st. Judes hospital, mmip, mmiw, (these are organizations for murder and missing indigenous people)
buy food and items for animal shelters and homeless shelters
travel to cities and countries I always wanted to travel to
put the rest in the bank
great answers thank you for your response
your welcome
I would probably buy two houses for my children, go on a long vacation, support families who are struggling, start a foundation for people with mental health problems and invest the rest.
thank you for your response, great plans
You are very welcome, and thank you.
First, I’d buy advice from a financial adviser 🙂 Pay the taxes, tithe 10%, keep 10%, invest/donate/give away the rest.
For what we’d buy for us? College funds for the kids, and a very nice vacation somewhere in Europe to celebrate our anniversary.
How many millions does one need? Enough to be happy. And being able to give back to those who helped me, or those who need a leg up, would give my husband and I immense joy.
Thank you for your answer, great response
I would buy a home way out in the country. I would also buy a new mazda miata and have my dream car restored. I have lived in a small home stand alone studio apartment but it is in the city. I have dreams that the home is out in the country. I like peace and quiet and I work from home. I would do better out of the city. I do have a mazda miata but it is old.

It really depends on what amount was won, there’s a lot I would do, but honestly my first thought would be a much needed family vacation and a never had honeymoon.

Only 2 things:
1.) A good piece of land in the mountains of Montana USA
2.) Build us a decent home on that piece of land
I would save the rest of the money and split it three ways between my 3 children!

First I would build my dream home, then pay off all my debts!! Then I would travel to the beautiful Caribbean Island of sweet Jamaica and buy a beach holiday home. Then I would not ever never not ever give any money to any charity organisations as I know know what they do with our money. I would become the charity and I will give to dose that are really in need of help. I will travel back to Africa and help and give to the people I’ve seen that really need help!!
