Letting go of the past is the right way and the best way to go in order to make real progress. Even if the past is success or a failure or even if you have been hurt by someone, let it go.
The apostle Paul captures it rightly in his letter to the church at Philipia in Philippines 3:13
Philippians 3:13 NLT
No, dear brothers and sisters, I have not achieved it, but I focus on this one thing: Forgetting the past and looking forward to what lies ahead,
Please let go of the past and move forward otherwise you will be at one point without progress
Embrace the pain until it no longer has power over you. Letting go of someone who has become your whole world can be incredibly tough, but remember this: love is not meant to hurt. True love should bring you peace and joy, not turmoil. It’s essential to love yourself even more than you love another person. You can pour your heart and soul into a relationship, but if it’s not meant to be, it will slip away no matter what. Yes, releasing that weight can sting now, but trust that in time, you’ll find your footing again. Let go of what drags you down and prioritize your own well-being. Self-love and self-worth are your greatest treasures. Once you protect your peace, consider how much happier you will be when you find the right person for you. If you can be happy with the wrong one, imagine the bliss waiting with the right one. Keep your heart open! ❤️
