Those that control the money supply.
That control has given wealth and influence to these groups and they don’t have the best intentions for the rest of us. They are behind most of the problems we face, or think we face.
I read in a book a few years before the Covid that those supposedly guarding the global money supply are the ones who are now hoarding and hiding it for themselves and others.
