Im getting ready to be 48 and husband is 49 , testicular cancer survivor and we do what we can when we find time, but it definitely isn’t what it use to be in our 20s and 30s.
Agreed there has to be more than just physical chemistry in any meaningful relationship. Also congratulations on being a double survivor.

Keep up that spark! Its very hard to lose when you have 3 kids! Never enough time but it sounds like things are working for you, congrats!
Thankyou you too I love him more every day, finding time for each other isn’t easy but we have a great bedtime routine for the kids are they are still all young

All these will depend on an individual. Your health, hormonal imbalances, emotions, your stress and whatever can affecting your life either positively or negatively.

Oh, I completely agree with you there. I am a double survivor of cervical cancer as well. Things definitely change but I think a lot to do with it is the love and chemistry between 2 people. Not just a sexual connection but a spiritual one as well. I think trust also helps when it comes to the attraction.
