In the case of too much screen time,in the case of children and adolescents, they should not be in front if the screen for more than an hour per day.This is easily enforced by their parents or guardians.At school,the teacher gets to reduce this problem as they only are in class for less than an hour per day.Screen time should be regulated concerning this young population.
