This is quite a difficult question, especially nowadays when children primarily have online homework, reading platforms, and other tools to practice various subjects, while adults are working remotely. My heart tells me a maximum of 2 hours of screen time daily, but my mind tells me it’s nearly impossible 🤷♀️
That’s true. Now that everything is digital – especially at the high school level – two hours just isn’t realistic.

Thank you for your response. I have to agree that two hours would be nearly impossible. At my son’s school, everything is done via his iPad, and he is in school for seven hours, then homework, and since he is in high school, he wants to get online with his pals and play video games.
